Most of the released real estate wholesaling software can be replaced with a simple spreadsheet from Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
Bottom line is that no amount of software is going to replace the basic understanding of the leverage that these 2 software tools will provide your business. The best part is that they are free to get started with.

As you can see, it is a fantastic question that you probably wanted to ask as well. So I’ve taken the liberty to share this edition with you.
Every successful business including real estate requires an ever growing pipeline of hungry prospects. There are many strategies to generate new leads of prospects daily. But I typically recommend one; search engine optimization with video marketing.
Therefore the first software I recommend is not really a software. It’s bigger and it’s web based. It’s called YouTube.
YouTube is a free online platform where you get to generate the highest quality of traffic and leads possible by leading with value. What do I mean by leading with value?
You see… your ideal prospects already have problems and questions. All you need to do to attract them is to publish information of solutions to their problems and answers to their burning question.
These are videos of quality and high value information, at least, per your ideal prospects. When you publish these information perpetually as videos on YouTube and then optimize them for the search engines, you
...become an unstoppable domination and force in the real estate wholesaling market.
That’s value planted all over the market place. The person that gives the most value into the market place makes the most money. That’s it. That’s creating. That’d the first ‘C’.
Once people watch your video, what happens next? If you don’t do this next part, you would be losing out big time. It time to capture. It’s time for the 2nd ‘C’.
In step 2, you need to capture the audience and their attention by capturing their contact information for on-going follow ups. It’s that simple.
The 2nd software tool for that is called an autoresponder which is a type of CRM (client/customer/contact relationship management tool). It’s a tool that allows you to save the contact information in a growing databases and broadcast automatically and manually to the prospects. This is list building.
