QUESTION ⁉️ “Is it okay to let the seller show the contract to their attorney before signing it?”
My automatic answer to this question is “YES”.
But it really is not that simple if you are operating a real estate wholesaling empire.
Your primary duty is to find deals for investors using mass marketing.
That automatically means that no sellers objection should be an issue for you.
In this video, I explain some “however” scenarios which mostly comes down to your ability to attract motivated seller in mass or not...
If a seller wants an attorney to protect their interests, that should be an issue. The only way for that to become an issue is when you are dealing with a non-motivated seller.
