Simply drive around town looking for real estate properties that look distressed, with overgrown weeds, look abandoned, with “for sale by owner” or “for rent” signs.

However, if you believe in driving for dollars apps that much, don’t do the driving. Have others do it for you...build a driving for dollars team.
Don’t just have 4-5 people doing it. Add 4-5 drivers to your team daily. That’s a feature that smart wholesaling can help you add to enhance driving for dollars.

Therefore manually pulling records from zillow is probably too much of a slow process to compete.

This is a problem directly attached to the motivation level of the seller.
You generally don't have to deal with that when wholesaling pre foreclosures as they have a bigger problem that the desire for earnest money deposits.

My Response: All of the marketing strategies will work with CONSISTENCY. But your time, money and energy setup have to be able to afford the consistency... or its doomed already.
In recent times, I came across the concept of micro flipping real estate. I coined the term smart wholesaling.
I also know another who coined “virtual wholesaling”. Just keep this in mind… you need people, tons of people and something for the people; not properties.

QUESTION ⁉️ “ I watched a video on how to save my marriage back and I must say I learned a lot from it.
My husband has been in the US for about 10 years before he brought me to join him.
This is my 3rd year of being in the U.S with him and our marriage will be 9years in December.
Since I came, I have observed he hides things from me.

The worst of it is that I suspect him cheating based on some of his attitudes and he denied.
He even traveled out of state to hang out with his friends for 4 days and I was not happy about it.
When I asked him to show me his flight ticket confirmation he refused and turned it to an argument.
When he's going to work, he always kiss me and tell me he loves me but his actions are obviously contradictory.
He does the groceries himself. I can go on and on. Right now, I feel cheated and confused. I am worried about my kids too.
